Terms of Use

These terms govern the use of the RankPro app ("the app", "the service"). By creating an account or using the app you accept these terms in full.

1 · Acceptance

To use RankPro you must be at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to accept these terms. If you are under 18, you need authorization from a responsible adult.

2 · Account

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity from your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

3 · Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the app to harass, intimidate, or defame other users.
• Submit false results or manipulate rankings.
• Impersonate another person or create fake accounts.
• Attempt to compromise the security of the app, its servers, or the data of other users.
• Use the app for unauthorized commercial purposes.
• Post illegal, offensive, or rights-infringing content.

We may suspend or cancel your account if you violate these terms.

4 · User-generated content and zero-tolerance policy

RankPro maintains a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. Harassment, threats, discriminatory language, sexual content, impersonation, or any other abusive behavior is not allowed in the app.

By uploading notes, results, names, or any other content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display that content to other users in the same ranking, as needed for the operation of the service. You are responsible for the content you publish.

Mechanisms available to users

• Report content or users: from any player's profile or any visible note in the app, you can tap "Report" and choose the reason (harassment, inappropriate content, spam, impersonation, other).
• Block users: from any player's profile you can tap "Block". The blocked user will no longer appear in your feed (notes, notifications, and interactions) instantly.
• Automatic filters: we apply basic profanity filters to free-text fields (challenge and walkover notes).

Response commitment

We commit to reviewing every report within a maximum of 24 hours of receipt. If the reported content or user violates these terms, we remove it and suspend or delete the responsible user's account. For urgent issues, you can also email [email protected] directly.

5 · Ranking and club administrators

Administrators have extended permissions within their ranking (editing results, applying protections/suspensions, removing players). By joining a ranking you accept the rules defined by its administrator.

6 · Service availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the app running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features without prior notice, although we will try to communicate important changes.

7 · Limitation of liability

RankPro is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app (e.g., data loss, lost profits). The app is a tool to organize rankings between players and does not replace referees, sports authorities, or official club decisions.

8 · Intellectual property

The name "RankPro", the logo, the design, and the app code are property of their creators. You may not copy or redistribute the software without express authorization.

9 · Cancellation

You can delete your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. When you do, your personal data is deleted according to our Privacy Policy.

10 · Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always at rankpro.club/terms/en. If there are material changes we will notify you in the app. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.

11 · Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
